This manual provides all the essential information to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and safe. From check-in details to local gems and emergency procedures, we've got you covered.

Welcome and Arrival
As you turn into the alley, you'll spot the QUEVOSPACE banner. Step up half a floor from there to reach the wooden main entrance with touch panel. Please use the password we've sent to you on the security panel.
To open the door, please follow the instruction down below.

Entering the Property

To head out for your journey, simply press the 'Push Button' to unlock the front door.
You will hear a brief 'click' sound indicating it is unlocked.
Please ensure the door is firmly closed behind you for our collective security.

Please, remove your shoes
We are delighted to have you with us. To ensure your stay is as comfortable and pleasant as possible, Quevospace is designed with premium European ceramic tiles and natural oak wood flooring, fully equipped with underfloor heating (Ondol).
We kindly invite you to take off your shoes at the entrance and feel the gentle warmth of the floor. As you experience the natural textures of oak and ceramic under your feet, you will discover a new level of relaxation and cleanliness.
In keeping with Korean indoor culture, please place your shoes in the cabinet provided at the entrance. We hope you enjoy this unique and cozy experience!

How to open the digital door lock
Most digital door locks in Korea operate by touching the screen first, entering the security code, and then pressing the star symbol (*) to unlock.
All digital locks at Quevospace work exactly this way. Your host will provide the necessary access codes via the Airbnb message thread before your arrival.

Room & Hot Water Temperature Guide
Before your arrival, the host sets the floor heating and hot water to the most comfortable temperatures. Generally, there is no need for guests to adjust these settings. However, if you would like to change them to suit your preference, please follow the instructions shown in the diagram up there.
Recommended Settings:

Laundary Washer& Dryer Guide
1. General Usage

Step 1: Place your laundry inside and add detergent to the dispenser. (detergent locates on the powder desk in your room)

Step 2: Press the Power button ① to turn on the machine.

Step 3: Select the Standard (표준) cycle for most everyday laundry.

Step 4: Press the Start/Pause ② button to begin.
2. Important Tips

Recommended Settings: We recommend using the Cold Water setting to protect your clothes and save energy.

Drying: For the dryer, please clean the lint filter before and after each use to maintain efficiency and safety.

Capacity: To ensure a perfect wash and dry, please do not overfill the machines (we recommend filling up to 70-80% capacity).

♻️ Quevospace Waste Disposal Guide
We need your help to keep Quevospace clean and sustainable! To simplify waste disposal during your stay, we have provided two clearly labeled bins in the kitchen area.
- 1. General Waste(Trash)
Please use the Bin Labeled "Trash" for items that are not recyclable.
Included Items:

Food waste (please ensure it's in a separate bag if possible, or tightly sealed)

Used tissues and paper towels

Plastic wraps and bags (non-recyclable)

Diapers and hygiene products

Ceramics, glass shards, and incandescent light bulbs

2. Recyclable Waste
Please use the Bin Labeled "RECYCLABLE" for items that can be recycled.

Plastic Bottles & Containers: (Empty, rinse, and crush them)

Glass Bottles: (Empty and rinse them; do not include broken glass)

Aluminum & Steel Cans: (Empty and rinse them)
💡 Host Judy's Tips for a Perfect Stay

Rinse First: Briefly rinsing food residue from containers helps keep the bins clean and odor-free.

Flatten Containers: Crushing plastic bottles and flattening cardboard boxes saves space in the recycling bin.

Keep it Simple: If you are unsure whether an item is recyclable, it is better to place it in the General Waste bin.

- 3. Food Waste
Please use the small stainless steel bin located on the counter/under the sink for all organic food remains.
Included Items:
Fruit peels and vegetable scraps
Leftover cooked food
Grains, bread, and meat (without bones)
Excluded Items (Place these in "TRASH"):
Hard Shells: Eggshells, clam/oyster shells, or crab shells.
Hard Seeds: Large pits from fruits like peaches or avocados.
Bones: Chicken, beef, or pork bones.
Large Peels: Thick onion skins or garlic husks.
💡 Host Judy’s Tips for Food Waste:
Drain Liquids: Please try to remove as much moisture/liquid as possible before placing food in the green bag. This keeps the bin clean and minimizes odors.
Keep the Lid Closed: Ensure the airtight lid is pressed down firmly after use to maintain a fresh environment in the kitchen.
